Salsa Fiesta De Picnic

The Fiesta De Picnic season will begin in April 2022.

This event with a Salsa twist will return on Saturday April 9th in Wimbledon from 1-7pm. This event will be for 50 people in total spread across three different groups.

Theme – BYOB – Blanket, Bebidas y Burritos. Blanket. There will be background Latin Music, Live Music from a Salsa Singer and optional freestyle/partner Salsa (1 hour)

Salsa Workshops – £7.50

Entry but no workshops – £5

Couples Price – Entry plus workshops – £10

Both workshops will be run between roughly 2.30-4pm

Please bring your own Blanket, Bebidas (Drink) & Burritos (Food) to eat/drink.

1pm Meetup begins in South Park Gardens Wimbledon not too far from Wimbedon Train Station and a 10 min walk from South Wimbledon Tube station on the Northern Line. (details will be posted in the comments section as to exact location on the day).

Approx 2pm – The Live Salsa singer will perform Set 1 of 2 sets.

This meetup is for meetup members only – friends will be allowed but only upto the maximum capacity of 18 people.

After the workshops we will continue the picnic and have dancing only to more Latin music.

Whilst we are officially out of the restrictions, the following guidelines & measures will apply:

This meetup is restricted to 50 people in total.

This is a BYOB event – please bring everything you need including blanket, hand sanitisers, masks, bags for your rubbish ETC.

Dancing in the park is permitted and there is a cafe in the park offering teas’s, coffees, snacks, lunch of the day etc.

There are toilets in the park open until 5pm and then nearby centre court shopping centre is open until 7pm

There are nearby bins in the park so please dispose of all your rubbish.

If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please come and see me and keep your hands sanitised. Bring your Mask with you just in case.

There might be a few kids at this event.
